B2B Special Forces is led by Adam Muhlenhaupt — an operator shaped by both legacy and experience.

His approach to leadership is informed in part by a family history of service, including a grandfather awarded the Bronze Star in World War II — a foundation that carries through in how he works: disciplined, decisive, and steady under pressure.

Professionally, Adam spent five years operating as an extension of an equity-backed industry consolidator at Access, where he led the integration of 100+ acquisitions, built the marketing function, and directed corporate events during a period of rapid growth.

Over the past decade, he has built and scaled three profitable businesses — each reinforcing a consistent operating model: move quickly, communicate clearly, and execute without unnecessary noise.
